The University
of Lincoln has risen to
53rd place in this year’s Complete University Guide, improving on last year’s
ranking by 14 places from 67th place.
The online Guide published on 24 April ranks 116 institutions according to the combined data for nine areas: student satisfaction; research assessment; entry standards; student/staff ratio; academic services spend; facilities spend; good honours; graduate prospects; completion rates.

For the School
of Architecture , there
has been further good news. The School
now ranks 25th, an improvement of 11 places on last year. Whilst our UCAS minimum entry points are 320 points for BA (Hons) Architecture, the average has risen over the past year to 371, which is higher that
the University average of 315. Within
the East Midlands region, the Lincoln School of Art and Design now sits in
3rd place behind Nottingham University and De Montfort University in nearby Leicester.
Head of School, Derek Cottrell commented that “we are extremely pleased to see a continuing improvement in our league position, as these results are based on what our students experience and feel about their education at Lincoln. We are committed to continuing this ongoing rise".
